ListServ
The National Center
on Child Fatality Review maintains two listservs, the NCFR-L and
the Child-Fatal-L. There are several hundred members currently
participating in our listservs, representing the many, many professions
associated with Child Fatality Review. Applications for either
listserv may be submitted by clicking on the links below.

NCFR-L
This is a closed list for recognized members of official Child
Fatality Review teams or those who are closely connected to
these teams or otherwise directly work in the Child Fatality
Review field.

Child-Fatal-L
This is an open list and may include the spectrum of concerned
professionals, advocates and citizens who have a legitimate
interest in the review child deaths and related themes.
Those eligible to join NCFR-L may also join
Child-Fatal-L.
Members of either listserv may be candid but are
expected to be respectful and responsible for their words. Members
may write to the entire list or may be more selective and send
to one or more individuals using their email address.
ICAN-NCFR reserves the right to remove membership from those who
are disruptive or damaging to the process. We expect, however
to spend most of our energy encouraging interaction, including
addressing topics that are controversial. There are about 1,000
local, state, provincial or regional teams and tens of thousands
of professionals and advocates addressing suspicious child death
internationally. The listservs are available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, and are vigorous and useful tools for all of us.

Subscribing to the NCFR-L (Child Fatality Review
Team Members Only)
To join the Internet Listserv of the ICAN National Center on Child
Fatality Review, send an e-mail to LISTPROC@CORNELL.EDU. In the body
area of your message, type: Subscribe NCFR-L <Your First Name>
<Your Last Name> <Your Job Title> <Your Team Name>.
Any submissions without all of this information will be ignored.
A completed email submission would look something like this:
subscribe NCFR-L Bill Billman, Chair, Nevada State
CFR Team
To Unsubscribe, send an e-mail to LISTPROC@CORNELL.EDU. In the body
area of your message, type: Unsub NCFR-L
Other Subscriptions
If you feel you qualify for inclusion in NCFR-L,
but you are not a member of an official team, send an e-mail to
Paul Click, NCFR Technical
Coordinator, explaining who you are, how you are connected
to Child Fatality Review, and why you would want to be a part
of this listserv.
Similarly, to subscribe to Child-Fatal-L, please
send the same email, explaining who you are and why you would
want to join our listserv.
